Over the past year or two, Down to Earth Movement has rapidly become a staple car show that you
need to experience. It's not just about the cars, or the events each show offers. Rather, it's the environment, walking into the show and being enveloped by like minded car enthusiasts. The smiles on the kids faces, and the phones raising high into the sky when cars battle it out in the 2 step competition. Or all the people crowding around to see which car can produce the most smoke in the burnout competition. Let's not forget the drifting. Many of the drivers for drifting expo, allow people to ride with them and experience the thrill of going sideways. This is a show that wants you to participate, not just be another face in the crowd.
Not into any of those events? Don't worry, there is plenty more to do and see at these events. Each
event has a outdoor and indoor car show section, specifically designated for show worthy cars. All of the cars in these sections, had to register, get approved, and follow strict rules (especially for the indoor section.) While the show rolls on, judges are walking these areas going over the cars and making decisions about who wins each category. At the end of the show, AJ announcers the winners for each category (there are over 25 categories) and the overall winner. Each winner gets a trophy and the overall winner gets a trophy and another prize. While you are walking around checking out all the cool cars, don't forget to browse all the vendors this show allows! Believe us when we say, there are plenty of automotive and some non automotive vendors to check out.
